I had an issue yesterday (11-18-10) with my tv that I purchased from bernies in 08 and lost my warranty paperwork. After some research online I found the warranty company to be GE. Just Google GE warranties and you will find phone numbers to call. When I called they had all my info in their system and They were very helpful. GE issued a service appoinment for the next closest day. They didnt take over the warranties, they were the original company used for bernies warranties thus they have to honor them. Hope this helps anyone with issues.
On most warranties, yes. There are also lifetime warranties set by the companies. It depends on the product and company.
You can purchase extended auto warranties for you car at the dealership where you bought the car or directly from the company that manufactured the car. I hope this helps.
The length of warranty depends on the product purchased and the company/brand that sold it. Most manufacturer warranties last for a year. However, some companies such as Vax have warranties that last for as long as 6 years.
