Microcontroller = (microprocessor+memory+peripherals) on a single chip
no it is not
no it is not
The difference between a single board computer and microcontroller is that a single board lacks a general purpose interface and the mass storage devices.
microcontroller
i think yes it is a single user device
Yes, cells are single components in the manner that when they are collectivelly brought together they form the tissues, when the tissues are brought together they form the organs. We must however remember that, although cells are single components of tissues and thus organs, they too contain there own components, the organelles. The organelles of cells act as the systems and "organs" of an individual cell. In the absence of cellular organelles, a cell would not survive.
Microcontrollers are special-purpose computer systems, usually programmed to perform a single task.
All the components needed to connect 2 computers together are two Ethernet cards, a network switch and 2 Ethernet cables. Alternatively a single USB transfer cable can be used for simple file transfers.
A feedback control system can be made involving microcontroller 8051, inverter(gating circuit), power processing unit, induction motor whose speed is measured via digital tachometer. The microcontroller will act as a Frequency Counter, Comparator and PID Controller. The output from tachometer(digital) will be given to microcontroller which will compare this to the reference signal and then pass the control signal to gating circuit.The power unit's output will be given to motor.
The single most expensive component of a system built from separate components is generally the processor.
