I would say Apple laptops are the most stable laptops because they last a really long time and are reliable. Samsung unfortunately are not the best laptops in the market.

The answer to that question is Yes and No. Yes you can "BUT" only through specific computer companies. They have a specific list of hardware specs that you can choose from and build your system that way. No you cant as an average consumer. Laptops are not made the same was Desktops. Laptops are about harmony, everything placed in them is made to be compact and ofter engineered to only work with specific components, eg, having components soldered to the motherboard etc and the components are not readily available, where as Desktops are modular and can have any part switched out.
