I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean 8 gigabyte Hard disk, yes, that's sufficient. If you mean 8.75 RAM, maybe. RAM and Hard disk are different things. RAM is memory that is volatile - it's deleted when you switch your computer off. The hard disk is non-volatile: It stays there forever, until you delete it.
The population has not reached carrying compacity is correct on apex
I am not sure why 2 things... What you need is powerful enough power supply, enough space in your computer case and good ventilation to prevent overheating. And a compatible interface.
Minecraft works on almost any computer from the last 10 years or so, unless the computer doesn't have enough memory space left.
anywhere that there is enough space
you would not have enough oxygen and suffocate
you make the spreadsheet bigger
Since a computer is not a liquid, it would not freeze in the sense that water freezes and turns into a solid (ice) when it gets cold enough. A computer that is not turned on will be at the temperature of its surroundings and if left in an unheated room in the winter in a cold climate, the parts of the computer may be colder than the freezing point of water. Computers, like many other machines, have optimum operating temperature ranges. If you try to operate a computer in an environment outside that range it may work poorly or not at all. If cold enough, a computer will not work well. In particular, if a computer has a liquid crystal display screen, cold temperatures will slow screen response and if the temperature is cold enough, the screen will not work at all.
Because a space would confuse the computer and the email will possibly throw up an error message (or not) and not be sent.
I suppose that would depend greatly on what you plan to do with the computer. However, that is nowhere near enough to run a modern operating system and programs.
Laptops have a tenancy to over heat a lot because of their compressed space for the hardware and not enough room for fans. For desktops i would have to say a micro-tower because of the compressed space, dust getting in and having no where to go and not a lot of fans.
It depends on what specific aspect of the computer are you looking to change... If you're wanting to make the computer faster than I would suggest simply adding memory (RAM) to it. If you're looking for more storage space I would suggest simply adding hard drive space.
If the jar was not thick enough to resist the exterior pressure, it would implode, just as a pressurized jar in space would explode.
