Super computer's are generally reserved for government, organizations, and companies due to their high cost and non-practicality for normal everyday use.
That being said any computer that you either buy from a store or build yourself will both be less powerful and cheaper then a super computer. Less powerful is in regards to computations speed.
It depends on what technical specifications you are after. You can buy a mini netbook for around $400AUD which is cheaper than the price of any desktop but has less specificatons. Desktops start at around $700AUD.

The difference in a telescope made for a child it that is usually smaller and and less powerful. They also tend to be less destructible and have less options. They are definitely cheaper than one made for an adult.

Smaller processors are almost always cheaper, and use less electricity. Using a large number of processors in parallel also gives some redundancy, since a single processor node failing will not stop work from being performed.

the abyssal whip is more powerful, but the dragon scimitar is around about 3mil cheaper. I would recommend buying the abyssal whip if you have 3mil to spare. If not then going for the dragon Scimitar would be a good idea, due to the fact that it is not that much less powerful but is a lot cheaper, and both of the weapons have the same attack speed.
