The Eighth Amendment. But it doesn't exactly address "reasonable" bail it only prohibits the imposition of excessive bail.
The 8th amendment guarantees that excessive bail may not be assessed.
The 5th Amendment guarantees that a person does not have to testify against him or herself.

There is no Amendment that guarantees a trial by a jury of one's peers. The 6th Amendment guarantees the right of trial by an impartial jury, but not of a jury composed of one's peers.
The first amendment of the US Constitution guarantees freedom of the press. This amendment also guarantees freedom of speech and religion.
