The question is confusing. Antarctica is counted among the continents,
so any point you specify in Antarctica is on the Antarctic continent.
And in that regard, I must also remark that your description of the places
you're referring to is none too clear either. It's not correct to describe a
place as being "210 degrees longitude line".
210 degrees is impossible
"30 degrees east longitude" is the description of a line that joins the north and south polesand crosses territory in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Antarctica."150 degrees west longitude" is the description of a line that joins the north and south polesand crosses territory in North America and Antarctica.

Antarctica.
Antarctica. The South Pole is at 90 degrees S latitude. The North Pole is at 90 degrees N latitude. All lines of longitude converge at both poles.

Europe, Africa, and Antarctica.
North America, South America, and Antarctica.
Each of the following has territory at 100° west longitude: -- Canada -- USA -- Mexico -- Antarctica
There are only 2 . . . Greenland and Iceland.(That meridian also crosses part of the Antarctic continent, as all meridians do,but Antarctica isn't a country.)
The Arctic Circle runs through Alaska, Canada, Greenland, Iceland (just), Norway, Sweden, Finland and Russia. The Antarctic Circle crosses only Antarctica.
