I have been having a problem with the speed control in my 01 T&C van, the answer I found is that there is a speed control device behind the glove box on the passenger side. If it fails, it will keep the fan on high at all times which is very annoying. Look up under the dash and the component is there, two screws, a plug and $15 should fix the problem, I hope. I am going to attempt to repair my unit in the morning. Good luck!
