CarGurus is a very highly rated site for buying an used car in general. They also offer the option to buy the desired model, the Chrysler 300c. Though there are many options available on the internet and it's best to look around.
If I wanted to find a cheap used Chrysler, I would either use Auto Trader to locate an individual with one, and then check it out, or Craigslist either would work.

The 2013 Chrysler 300 car has a choice of 3 engines. There is a basic V6 engine, a Hemi V8 option and the high performance 300 SRT8 model has even more power.
Owner's manual says every five years and then every two years after the initial change. Manual also recommends HOAT coolant, such as Valvoline G-05 or Mopar HOAT coolant(sold at Chrysler dealers). DO NOT used Dexcool. It is really bad on Chrysler internal parts. Chrysler also recommends not using the traditional green coolant.
