Any archival program like WinZip that can be set to take advantage of the files' archive attributes.
Yes, as long as none of the files are open. You should be careful, since you can easily delete too much.
Use the MY Documents Folder to store your docs. You may use different OS, but there will be some sort of Doc Folder. Create a new folder and store all your docs, spreadsheets, presentations. You can also store the files by file type as it can be easier to find them.Make separate files for docs, pdf, graphic designs etc. When naming the file or folder, give a name that reflects its contents as it will be easy for you to make out. Also giving them useful names will also help you to distinguish between work and home files. Hope this helps.
If the folder has a zipper on it, it's a zip file. That's what zip files look like in Windows XP and later, since the OS has support for zip files built in. If you're really getting an uncompressed folder, you'd need to specify what browser you were using in order to get an answer.

Provided you have not saved any more files since the loss - it's possible to recover them with software. The lesson to learn is - always make back-up copies of important files !
You can just delete hidden files with the same del command, but since the files are hidden you need to map the location of the hidden folder in the command so the batch file knows where to look and delete. @Echo off del "location of hidden files and/or folders" /Q /F /S exit
To return to default settings in Vuze, go to the Azureus Application Data folder and delete the Azureus.config and Azureus.config.bak files. To access the AppData folder, click Start>Run and enter %appdata%\Azureus(Since you posted this in a Windows category, I assume you have Windows)You can also access the AppData folder through Vuze at Tools>Options>Files. To lock folders and files in Windows XP, 7 or other systems, there are built-in features. You can lock your folders and files with your Windows login password by this method. Since it is locked with your system password, it is not portable and is not as secure as you might expect. I think that's why you ask for some software here. A third-party folder lock software will be very helpful. I usually use Advanced Folder Encryption since it can lock folders in both my hard drive and USB drives.

Dude I have no idea why you didn't ask on our site, but unless you modded your PS2, which is illegal, you can't. There is a huge process into modding your PS2, and since it is illegal I'm not going to go into it here, but check Google. After you did that you need to convert our files (which you can find on modded PS2 sites).Good luck.
