What could a sensitive non-moving lump in bottom side of neck be and please don't say lymph node because my ENT said its not a lymph node but he was unsure of what it is so im very curious?

It could be a "carbuncle." These are hard, round, lumps - usually at the bottom of your neck. Doctor can remove it in his office. Please ask again and you might get a different answer. no its not that cuz its under the skin and a carbuncle is not, thank you though! oh and i will ask again just 2 see!! :)

Your ENT should have taken a biopsy of the lump. The biopsy should have been sent to the lab for testing. Most wont order labs because they aren't sure whether you insurance covers labs... but most do. He wont know unless a lab or MRI is done. --- The fact that it's sensitive implies it's not malignant, as most cancerous growths are painless at the stage you describe. Sebaceous cysts come to mind and that would in fact be my guess. However, the prior respondent is correct in saying a doctor's input is a good idea.
