What could be causing a beep sounding noise coming from the front passenger side of a 2003 explorer when the window is all th way up and you are going fast at least 60?

On a friend's 2004 Eddie Bauer, if the turn signal is on "too long" she starts hearing a beeping noise.. I can't find anything in the owner's manual mentioning that ! ( It happens when she is merging onto the highway so the speed is up )
