What could be the pain in your neck and throat that is causing you to burp constantly?

You have to be more specific about the kind of pain and what constantly means. Going with what i understand to be the question, I believe it is either a minor allergic reaction to something you ate, or you ate something that was "off". Try drinking a tea of dandelion root, ginger, and/or peppermint.
