It may be a number of things, the first that come to mind would be:
1. Low iron
2. Low B12
3. Too low of a calorie intake
4. Low sugars
5. Poor circulation
In any case, I would suggest that if this is a recurring problem that you have it checked out by a medical professional.....Only they would be able to correctly diagnose and present a solution to your problem!

i think it's a hydration problem.
Probably a migraine. They can be pretty bad and can cause you to vomit. Caused by dehydration, lack of exercise, or excessive tv/video games.
You could be suffering from low blood sugar.
