The keyless lock might stop working on your Mitsubishi Lancer because the battery is dead or because there is a problem with the wiring. You might also have a problem if the brain or computer of the vehicle is damaged.

It could be the remote has a dead battery. If both remotes don't work, seems like the sensing unit in the car has failed. The remote battery is the easier problem to fix.
If it does that. Check your alternator. If you have no problem there. Check your battery charge. I'd check the battery charge first. If thats cool. I'd check the sensor. Cause it's telling you somethings wrong with your battery system. Good Luck.
If you're asking about adding a NEW keyless remote, only a dealer can do that. It's a very specialized piece of equipment that can add the new remote to your vehicle's computer.
