check main fuses under dash and hood , if you recently had a remote starter system installed there are fuses for the remote system that might have blown last the main connection for power door locks could be disconnected its on the driver side either behind the plastic panel on left or above the gas pedal
check for broken wires in the door jam inside rubber sleeve
if all windows stopped working, i would first check the master window switch
Did you check the wires by the driver side? You can configure them and your windows will then work, I had the similar problem. You might have to duck tape them.

Had this occur on my wifes 98 Grand cherokee, open fuse box on kick panel passenger side and pull fuses, reinsert this fixed our issue.
