check the fuses
I had a similar problem with my 1999 Ford Windstar. My dome lights/door lights worked intermittently. I found a suggestion on the web to spray WD-40 into the latch on the edge of the door on the drivers side. I did, and it hasn't been a problem for over a year.
Check the battery. Seems odd but give it a jump and it should start.
Radio & Interior Lights fuses.

Have you tried pushing the button to the left of the steering wheel? the one that shuts the lights off when they are on. if that doesnt work, if you have an aftermarket radio, and the adapter for the security, that might be why.

If you brake lights are not working on your trailblazer it could be due to a number of reasons. Your fuse could be blown, or your light may no longer work.
