The fuel shut off switch could have tripped, reset it if it has.
If you're driving a manual, it means that you've stalled out. Turn off the car and restart.
if your temp gauge is not woking you will know it what you already said it it will boil coolant and stalled. other way around is open car hood every 3to 4 miunts of driving and look at at your over flow resvoir to see if the coolant is boiling in there. best advice is to gft this thing fix asap. if your temp gauge is not woking you will know it what you already said it it will boil coolant and stalled. other way around is open car hood every 3to 4 miunts of driving and look at at your over flow resvoir to see if the coolant is boiling in there. best advice is to gft this thing fix asap.
This is a tough one as it could be a number of things related to either fuel delivery, (ie bad pump) or ignition related issues. In my case, my '98 S70 started to intermittenly stall while driving. Sometimes it would restart, other times it would not. After weeks of trying to diagnose, I had my mechanic make a 'road call' the last time it stalled & would not restart. Turned out to be the ignition module which he replaced & car is running great now
One posibility to check would be the timing belt. If it broke while driving your car will stall and will not start again. If it was the timing belt you may have a more costly repair bill then just the belt.
it may have triggered the shut off valve on the fuel line you need to reset it
Assuming that a paper-jam hasn't stalled the printer, is there a good cable connection. It could also be that there is a queue of data waiting to reach the printer. Try canceling the queue and restart the printer.
crankshaft position sensor.
My 2003 ford expedition stalled after the high temp low oil light came on. How can i restart my truck?
Type your answer here... If the engine is not running after starting; yes, it has stalled.
I had a similar problem with my 1992 Buick Park Avenue - it would cut out while driving - After replacing alot of sensors, maf, and coils etc - which did nothing - i found the problem was with the crankshaft position sensor - this is about $22 at autozone - not too hard to replace. Now no problems with cutting out at all. It could also be the timing belt. If the timing belt fails the engine will stop running and the car will not restart until it is replaced. TommyTrouble
The reason your 2001 Hyundai Sonata lost all power while you were driving and stalled and won't start again is either the battery or the alternator. If you have no power you most likely have an alternator problem.
It is stalled.
