There are many reasons you may not have been having your periods. Hormonal imblance can be upset by stress- physical or emotional, including weight loss, excessive exercise, nutritional changes, etc. It would be best to see a professional(MD or Nurse practitioner) to discuss all the factors which may be involved rather than relying on advice.Perhaps there is a women's clinic in your community- you can start there.
