Go to the doctor!! You could have any of a number of problems, some of which could be serious. Also, you could be anemic by now. If the doctor doesn't find anything wrong, try cayenne pepper capsules and adding a good multivitamin (or even a prenatal vitamin).

∙ 12y agoIf there is a chance you could be pregnant, take a pregnancy test. If this is the first time that this has happened, wait and see what happens next month. If your next period is abnormal in any way, missing or late, go and see your doctor. If this is not the first time that this happened, go and see your doctor soon. It's better to get checked out sooner rather than later.
