Bruising certainly raises the question of possible trauma... Especially if there is no bruising elsewhere on the body. "... feeling like they can't even move." also would be expected with trauma and musle damage. If no trauma has been the case, then I'd really suggest you see a PHYSICIAN and review the history of this complaint... I feel that there's more going on here than your complaint reveals...
