if you're getting fuel to the throttle body it could be the ignition module if your getting fuel this is more than likely the problem, it could be coil pack if not getting any spark from any of your plug wires if your not getting fuel or spark at the same time i believe it may be your control module if control module is out u wont get fuel or fire my 89 is getting fuel but no sspark and i was told it was my ignition module auto zone knew exactly what my problem was try calling them they can also test your ignition module before u spend money on one if its not the ignition module
Does it turn over? Does it have spark? Fuel?
I would start with checking the electrical system. i.e. battery or starter
One thing that could be wrong with the dryer is a bad heating element.
No compression????
possibily its the wrong plugs could be hitting the pistons
Rust on the fly wheel and or coil.
"I have been around the world, and I have never heard of a Calais Hotel anywhere but the United States of America. I could always be wrong, but in my personal opinion, I would say only in the United States."
wrong spark plug wire configuration. Check to see if two are backwards.
the coil is bad
Wrong air/fuel ratio Poor atomisation of fuel Poor spark Incorrect timing of spark
no gas no spark no compression no timing dump a cap full of gas down the carb and if it fires you have spark, meaning you have a fuel problem if it doesnt fire, then you have a spark problem. try a new coil or distributor cap, clean or change the points, clean or change the plugs/wires. if that doesnt work you need to check compression. a simple thumb over the spark plug hole works, or use a guage. fixing this problem involves a rebuild. if your distributor cap is on wrong or the shaft is in wrong or the cam is 180 off, these things will all affect the spark of your engine.
Could be a bad spark plug or spark plug wire. Time for a good tune up.
