There is a small metal the grabs the bulb connection in place. If it is worn out the bulb becomes loose with vibration. Have it checked and replaced in auto parts store.
They are either the wrong bulbs or one of the filaments is burned out. The bulbs should have two filaments. One is illuminated when the lights are on. The other is brighter when the brakes are used.
It could be the bulb, sometimes they do that. Make sure the emergency brake pedal is retracted all the way up. When the Ebrake is on the headlights on tahoes go off. Answer: If the DRL's are working, then it isn't bulbs. Not being funny, but make sure you have the light switched turned on. You'll know it's on when the dash lights up.
Nonfunctional Brake LightsOne possible cause of this issue is that the brake light switch is not adjusted properly, or the switch could be defective.
If parking and tailights are working could be headlight switch--rheostat for dimming control could be bad
i was driving in the rain last night my headlights and wipers quit working and i stop the car for 15 minutes and they starting working again and they are still working what could have cause this my car is 2002 cavalier
that's definatly your voltage regulator i had the same problem on mine
If you brake lights are not working on your trailblazer it could be due to a number of reasons. Your fuse could be blown, or your light may no longer work.
Yes it could.
it could be your brake light switch,or the fuse could be blown ,or the bulbs could be blown.or it could also be the turn signal switch.
The ground for the brake lamp. When the tail lights are off, the tail light circuit can act as a ground for the brake light. When the tail lights are on, it can't.
Yes if the wire is part of the brake lamp switch
Sounds like the switch is bad. You can buy a replacement switch at any automotive parts store and they are not that hard to install. Also check the fuse as sometimes the headlights have their own fuse while the parking/brake/back-up lights have their own.
