What could cause a 2002 Chevy Cavalier not to start if the battery is not bad and the fuel strainer has already been replaced?

Could be lots of things; try checking the spark plugs and plug wires or try checking the air filter(there could be a blockage of the air ventelation system ) or could be the fuel pump, fuel injector, or relay fuse could be burnt or the fuel lines could be clogged. Motor T Mechanic- USMC

you may have already checked, but to me it sounds like you have a loose connection at the battery
