What could cause a high idle of 1500-2000 rpm for a 95 bronco 5.8L v-8 while in park - turning on the ac drops it a few hundred rpm and while in dr or rev idle is 1000rpm replaced iac and didn't help?

It was my TPS sensor. base voltage was reading .5V too high.
