Herpes, genital warts, mosquitos, other STIs
No actually it is common for men to have small white bumps under the head of their penis, these bumps can be removed by your dermatologist with a laser treatment that is virtually painless.
No. According to www.dictionary.com, "Phrenology" is "the study of the shape and protuberances of the skull, based on the now discredited belief that they reveal character and mental capacity". A blow to the head could cause a bump, and a severe blow could cause changes in intelligence and/or personality. However, the shape of the head, with or without bumps, does not reflect intelligence or personality. Bumps on the head give accurate information about the bumps on the head, nothing more. They are bumps. An interesting piece of trivia: in a test of Phrenology the skull of the Marquis de Sade was said to possess the attributes of an aged father of the church.
Herpes?
It means it is time to visit a doctor whether you want to or not. If you have been sexually active it could be an STD and you can visit your local free clinic to find out: try googling "free clinic locator" at yourstdhelp.com.
Scalp folliculitis is something that can cause large bumps on the head. They are caused by a bacterial infection and the bumps are filled with pus. A doctor should be seen right away so the infection can be cleared up.
You need to see your doctor. You could have sun damage to your scalp or it could be something else. Sometimes stress can cause this. It's important you get a diagnosis.
No, not at all. In fact, those are absolutely normal and if you did not have them on your glans penis, you wouldn't be human! lol ;-)
Not that I can think of. The penis has what is known as the glans penis at the head which is in it's self an especially sensitive area. however there are no bumps on it and it has a basically smooth surface that is covered with mucousal tissue. in the case of people that are circumcised the glans become less sensitive over time but these effect would be uniform over the whole head of the penis. in the case of the intact penis the glans are covered by the foreskin which has a smooth mucousal inner surface and until it is retracted back over the glans the top of the penis is not overly sensitive. however when the foreskin is retracted (especially at first) the top of the penis is very sensitive> Never the less there is nothing there that would be described as sensitive bumps.
Pink discoloration on the head of the penis could be a sign of inflammation or irritation. It is advisable to see a healthcare provider for an evaluation to determine the cause and appropriate treatment.
The most common bumps are sometimes called "pearly penile papules." If they have always been there, that's the most likely explanation. If you have had sexual contact with someone else, it makes sense to get screened for sexually transmissible infections. Some of these infections can also cause bumps in that area.
