Typically that's caused by an injector that leaks when you turn the key off. Note that the fuel system will hold SOME pressure when you turn off the engine, and if that leaks down through the cylinder it can make it's way past the piston and into the crankcase.
Before you put a lot of money into it, try just running a can of injector cleaner through the tank. Follow the manufacturers recommendations.
