The "weep" is actually tears that are overflowing from the orbit and running down the dog's face. The tears can be due to over-production or insufficient ability to drain.
Excessive production can be due to infection, inflammation or cancer. Insufficient drainage can be congenital (certain breeds of dogs are known for this), infection, inflammation or cancer.
If your dog's eyes have always done this, the white part of the eye has no red streaks and the clear portion of the eye remains clear, I wouldn't worry about it too much. However, if this is new, there are red streaks on the white of the eye or the clear portion becomes cloudy, red or discolored, you need to take your dog to a veterinarian for examination and treatment.

No, it's just shedding, which is normal for most dogs.
Aurotrichia is abnormality in hair coloring. It is genetic "gold" color in hair of some dogs.
Yes its quite normal i have dogs my friend has dogs and whenever they have a new litter they lose hair around their teats.
Assuming you're not referring to normal shedding (?) If the dog is actually losing hair, best to take it to the Vet so he/she can determine the cause of the hair loss. It is not normal for dogs to lose patches of hair, and there are many conditions which could cause this. It's impossible to know which treatment is correct, until you know the cause.
Every girl has hair on her breasts
Not only is matted hair painful to dogs, it can also cause many health issues. When a Matt forms it starts out by pulling on the dogs hair, it will eventually cause dandruff under the Matt, then as the Matt gets tighter and tighter it will cause a sore on the skin under the Matt. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. If you look up matting online you can see pics of the different stages of matting and how badly it effects dogs health and temperment.
Could be mange
this is probably demodectic mange, a mite problem for young dogs with weak immune system. Treatable. Talk to your vet.
Dogs typically don't have hair on their penises; there are long hairs typically around the preputial opening on the prepuce. This hair helps to concentrate and direct the urine stream into a focused area.
