There is a problem with power to that part of the vehicle. Check fuses as well as all wiring. Make sure that the ignition switch is operating properly and turning power on to these areas.
The 1994 Acura can have several problems to cause it from starting. Check for fire at the spark plugs, and check the crank and cam sensors for any issues.
Timing being off will cause a noticeable drop in vehicle's engine performance.

Cause it's not American. Buy a proper car!.... EH...WRONG! My 1990 Integra GS is doing this so I tested it, and it was throwing a code 9 which ir cylinder position sensor. Have you tested yours yet?
it is possibly your calipers and or rotors.
tighten torx screws holding glass to sunroof hinge. this is most common cause.
Check the safety switch at the top of the driver's door control module. If on, it locks all windows except driver's.

If your engine is idling up and down, you need to check the I.A.C., or idle air control valve.Usually this is the cause of an erratic idle.You can remove the I.A.C. valve and clean it which will usually clear up the problem.
Water pump, Radiator, thermostat, low coolant, blown head gasket, busted hose. Could be one or all but I would check these first.
