a broken cable you can order a new one at carpartsdiscount.com also check out the small plastic piece they call the motor.
tighten torx screws holding glass to sunroof hinge. this is most common cause.
A screw may be missing in the sunroof. This will cause a rattle when you hit bumps in the road that sounds as though it's coming from the trunk. You can check this by opening the sunroof and having someone hold on to it while you drive. If the sound stops, then that is your problem. To fix it, drop the headliner and put in a new screw.
A D service on a 2004 is just pretty much either a A or B service. Mercedes decided to add all these extra services on the new 2003 e-class, all it really did was cause confunsion. There are differant services for just the a/c filter, and lubing the sunroof. So just stick to A and B services and everything will get performed normally.

Yes, if you are referring to the vagina. The strengthening of the leg and thigh muscles cause the vagina to tighten, though not a lot unless the running is done often. (P.S Running does not tighten, nor loosen, the sphincter)
Most sunroofs will move manually. you need to remove a cover to get to where the motor is and usually there is a hole to put a screwdriver or Allen key into to turn the motor manually. If not just remove the motor and push the glass shut but doing this will mean you need to reset the motor before refitting it. I worked in a sunroof factory for 10 years !!

Yes, as will fast walking and swimming, etc. Though, running on hard surfaces, while wearing unsuitable footwear, may eventually cause damage to ankle and leg joints
Their are a number of reasons a sunroof could suddenly stop working on any vehicle. Some of the most common problems include: blown fuses, wire disconnects, sunroof motor malfunction, the sunroof coming off track, etc. It's hard to narrow the problem(s) down without being there. Most problems are easily solved by a mechanic, and it shouldn't cost too much to repair a malfunctioning sunroof. Though there are several possibilities, by far the most common reason for that is a loose or glazed belt in the engine compartment.
Check the fuse box. Usually the lighter, dash panel and sunroof are on the same fuse. But they might be on different. Anyway it looks like a typical fuse problem.
