What could cause you to get your period a week early?

I think stress would be a good reason but it really depends on your age, medical history, etc.,,....if it happens a lot, I would see a doctor.

Depends how early and how light it is compared to regular period. If its a week to two weeks early it could in fact be implantation bleeding which would make sense cause you're vomitting

Hi, Changing the times you take your pill can sometimes cause a earlier period especially when you've been taking the pill long term at the same time every day. Alternatively pregnancy can be the reason for your early period and so can be a UTI, hormonal imbalance and the doseage no longer being suitable for you.
