15 is under the age of sexual consent. As far as the state is concernced, this man has committed statutory rape. Once the baby is born, a DNA test will prove his guilt. GA law states that if the perpetrator is at least 21 years old then the punishment is imprisonment for not less than 10 years and not more than 20 years. So he's potentially looking at anywhere from 10-20 years in prison. Scary, huh? It doesn't matter if the sex was consensual and it doesn't matter if you got married afterward. And even if your parents don't press charges against him, the state can, and has done it in the past. I think he might want to talk to an attorney and you might want to make darn sure you don't upset your parents anymore than you probably already have by getting pregnant, because you're going to need them in your corner.

that all may be true but would you really wanna get you future grandchilds father in that kind of trouble? if your child and him are together maybe she wouldn't like your actions and you wouln't see your grandchild because of the problems you started. if they love each other and the deed is already done then you should have maybe thought about watching your daughters actions closer before she got pregnant!
