If you were not prepared for an earthquake several things could happen. 1) sometimes the earthquake wont be that bad because it hit in somewhere else and all you got the little rumbles and thats only because the earthquake wore out.

2) If an earthquake hit where you was at you could get lucky and dont get injured at all, you can be very injured or you can be killed.

3) If the earth quake is very falal and it wipes out everything you will probaly be homeless and poor because you dont have any food or money.
