um, lol, nice question. I wouldn't really know, considering I'm a girl, but I do have some guy friend's, and I have seen them get kicked in the groin by just a person and end up doubled over moaning in pain for a few minutes. So if you think about it, a horse has a better, more powerful kick than a humans, so I would say GET A LOT OF ICE and if it is REALLY bad, just for saftey, u might want to go to the hospital, just to be sure nothing got broken down there. Hope that didn't happen to you, good luck it if did....
