It will be a cyst:)
they can grow inside or out
if its growing inside then you will not see it you can only feel it
but if its on the out side a lump should rise any size
a cyst is normally a medium size round ball shape or maybe small pea shape?

a cyst can grow in any place mine grew in my right breast gland
its nothing to worry about.
but i would recommend seeing a doctor because some have to be removed they can sometimes be dangerous but that is very rare and also if it is a large one you MIGHT have to have surgery to have it removed or they may give you tablets to help the cyst go.
but some cyst come and go anyway,,
