It could be a lot of things. Does it turn over? If not it could be a low battery, contacts that are corroded or not tight enough, or you're not in park or neutral. If it does, it could be flooded (especially if it's carbureted) making it smell a lot like gas, or there could be humidity in the distributor. There are lots of other reasons, but in my experience these are the most common.
To start a car you need to turn the engine over (usually with a starter motor), fuel and spark plugs with the correct gap.
It means either the battery is bad, battery cable connections are corroded or loose, alternator is defective and did not keep the battery charged, or the starter is defective. I am assuming you mean the engine will not turn over. If it will turn over but will not start that can be many, many, things.
DON'T YOU MEAN YOUR CAR? Is there spark at the plugs does the starter work? is there fuel pressure to the fuel injectors?
It could be a blown fuse or relay. Also it could be a fuel, Air, Spark, or Timing
The alternator may have gone out.
Dead battery, out of fuel, failed starter, failed computer, failed fuel pump, etc.
The engine needs good battery power, fuel and spark to start and run. You are probably missing one of those.
If it's turning over, check the fuel pump emergency cutoff in the luggage compartment, on the left behind the upholstery.
If your XF Falcon won't start and it's not the battery, but a new HT lead and coil is in place, check the fuel line. It might not be receiving enough fuel to get a spark.
It probably needs to be reprogrammed by the dealer. Sorry! Good Luck!!
possiblly the starter or fuel pump is out.
power, ie battery, then starter, then spark, then fuel
It needs battery power, fuel, compression and spark to start and run. You are missing one of those.
Flat battery or no fuel
Does it turn over? Does it have spark? Fuel?

Start with the basics, you need battery power, fuel, spark and compression. You are probably missing one of those.
It's definetly not fuel related the reason for slow start has a lot to do with current either the alternator is not charging up ur battery good or u battery is bad or something is using up power when the ignition is off but my best bet will be a bad battery
The engine needs good battery power, fuel, compression and spark to start and run. You are missing at least one of those.
check relays in the power distribution center. Fuel pump, Eatx and Autoshutdown relay. Also check the fuses that go to them relays.
