If you are talking about getting an erection, then there isn't much you can do. Just try to not wear tight pants and try to think about things that you find totally sexually unappealing. Kind of like Austin Powers "...Margret Thatcher on a cold day..." When a boy goes through puberty he will get erections off and on almost constantly. It is embarrassing, but everyone goes through it, and it is completely normal.
If you are talking about permanent growth again, there are not many things you can do to stop your penis from growing, without drastic measures. Your penis' growth is determined by your genetics. If you were willing to undergo drastic measures, there are some hormonal medications that doctors could prescribe that would have the side effect of arresting puberty, though I don't know of any physicians who would prescribe them for that purpose.
