They could not go to the same bathrooms. The black people had to stand on the bus when the white people were there. The blacks could not go to the same school and they were counted out on alot of things including voting rights, job oppertunites, and certain neiborhoods they could live in. Answer your question?well what I think is that they did not want to be with the black people or they don't want to see the black people.
