When you find a dog that has been abused you should bring it to a shelter so it can nurse it back to life and also put it up for adoption so another hopefully nicer family will adopt it.
You can donate to dog helping funds. You can start your own dog helping fund. You can adopt or foster dogs who have been abused. Nurture them so they can for once feel human kindness. If you get a dog with special needs, then spay/neuter it so the bad gens don't pass on. If you get a abused dog who don't have special needs, then you can let it breed on it's own and give the puppies to families that will love it.
In general, dogs are very accepting of people, even after they have been abused, but sometimes abuse results in very negative behaviors. However, you don't want to do anything that will make things worse, either. Honestly, an abused dog is a situation that requires a specialist (just as dealing with an abused child requires help from a psychologist or other experts). I recommend that you consult with someone at your local SPCA and get a referral to a reputable person (who you should offer to pay, if you can) who knows a lot about rehabilitating abused dogs. It is a slow, complex task and not always possible, but very much worthwhile when successful. Good luck, and do all you can for that dog.
A theripist can help you gain access to traumatic memories and encouradge disclosure to them. They can help an adult who was abused as a child, and help a child face their fearful memories and throw them away so as not to let it haunt them until they are older. A therapist can do wonders to those who have been traumitized in even the smallest way. If you have been abused, I would personally sugest, and from my reaserch and experience recommend seeing a therapist.
Because dogs can help tell you if someone broke in your house.Or if your blind it could help guide you through out the house.
Signs that a cat has been abused may include physical injuries, such as cuts or bruises, fearful behavior, avoidance of humans, flinching at sudden movements, excessive grooming or self-harm, and aggression. It is important to seek help from a veterinarian or animal welfare organization if you suspect a cat has been abused.
If someone is letting themselves be abused, they probably don't have the strength to help themselves get out of the situation.
yes. dogs are like humans. so they need help just like us. they could have a problem and nobody can help them.
It depends on what you want to help them with. Psychology, therepy. A PHD would help.
Dogs can experience mental health issues such as anxiety, phobias, and compulsive behaviors, but they don't go "mad" in the human sense. These issues can usually be managed or treated with the help of a veterinarian or animal behaviorist.
YES animals shouldn't be abused and plus they have no thumbs so they cant help them selves
Charities such as dogs trust, RSPCA, and other animal care homes and charities help very much so in the problem of animals being abused. If it were not for these charities, over 27% of the cases in animals would rise.
You've most likely have been seeing violence, and or being abused. Call for help.
