Well, I can't think of any reason a countries government wouldn't like Canada, besides maybe Russia or a few African/Middle Eastern Dictatorships.
Canada is in NATO, the UN, and is one of the 10th Richest nations in the World. Canada also has an International Reputation as a Peace-Keeping Country.
It would be MUCH easier to supply a list of countries that don't like Canada.
