NATO: North Atlantic Treaty Organization SEATO: Southeast Asian Treaty Organization
First World in what sense? At its inception, First World was used in reference to countries which had joined NATO, Second World was used for Warsaw Pact countries, and Third World was for the nonaligned countries. In that context, only the United Kingdom and Canada would have been considered First World countries, as they were the only NATO members. Some sources would also cite Australia and New Zealand, which weren't NATO members, but were members of SEATO prior to its dissolution.
Africa's countries are not members of NATO.
South East Asia Treaty Organisation (SEATO) was the, to be brief, the south eastern version of NATO in that it was formed to combat the spread of communism in the region. It ended after the Vietnam war and never became big like NATO because there were only 8 countries in it and they lost interest in it.
NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) and SEATO (SouthEast Asia Treaty Organization) are collective defense organizations. Their members pledge to protect any other member in case of attack. In general, such organizations are created to discourage other countries from attacking any one member country.
