Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama are considered Central America, although they can be considered as part of North America. When they are, the border between the continents is the Panama-Colombia border. Although the Panama Canal is technically the water link that divides the continents, it is entirely within Panama, which would be Central or North America.
