In Canada, Mountain Time includes all of the Northwest Territories and Alberta and parts of Nunavut, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
In the United States, Mountain Time includes all of Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico and parts of Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas and Texas.
In Mexico, Mountain Time includes all of Sonora, Chihuahua, Sinaloa, Nayarit and Baja California Sur.
