Canada has a LOT of lakes as well as Russia. Russia has the largest fresh water lake: Lake Baikal which holds roughly 20% of the WORLD's fresh water. The Caspian Sea is also very large... Might be bigger... Not sure. But The Caspian Sea also is boardered by 5 countries so it's difficult to say that ONE country can claim ownership to it, but I bet one of them will try. Russia is one of these countries as well... Go with Russia.
