What a vague question. But in most "Which boy shall I choose" situations, I say the exact same thing: You don't choose either. You don't deserve them if you have to choose. That's saying that to you, those two guys are only options -- and they warrant better than what you can give them. They're making you a priority -- you see them as options.

Use "which" if you have to choose from among a limited defined group. If your choices are not limited or defined use "what". E.g. "What shall I eat at this restaurant?" "Why not try the chicken?" "But there are five chicken entrées. Which shall I choose?"
