There are some courses that can you can take for educational psychology. There are some courses that you will have to take at an university, and you have to take your entire masters at a university as well.
These are courses you complete after receiving a bachelors degree. They may be courses you need for another profession and are not part of a degree program, such as toward another bachelors degree, or a masters. An example is the year of courses one can take to obtain a secondary education certificate after having a bachelors in English.
It probably will depend more on the scores you receive on the entrance exam that you take before admission--it is different than the SAT or ACT you took before your undergraduate year. Find out which one they require and take it. They may require additional courses with improved grades before admission into a masters degree program.
Search for a psychology shool, and enter it. It will depend on what degree the nurse has. A bachelors of science in nursing usually requires some psychology courses and a number of general education courses. After completing my bachelors of nursing, I would only have to take two semesters of college to receive a bachelors of psychology. Then another 2 years for a masters or 3-5 for a PhD.
Take a look at the courses offered by your local university or college. This may be a good place to start. Also, ask colleagues if they have gone through courses themselves.
