This question makes very little sense. Being a virgin has nothing to do with getting pregnant; once you have sex, she's no longer a virgin. As long as she is menstruating, there's a possibility of getting pregnant.

As far as cream... are you wondering about spermicides? Spermicides have a very high rate of failure (around 25% or more). This is not really meant to be a primary means of Birth Control. If she is using a diaphragm with spermicide, the risk of pregnancy is lowered. If she is on birth control, the risk is about 1-2%.

If you're just using a cream without any spermicide... you might as well start decorating the nursery.
