Ctrl - 1 opens the Format Cells dialog box.

There are different formats available, such as General, Currency, Percentage, Scientific, Accounting and Fraction. You can apply them through buttons on the ribbons or toolbars, by going to the Format Cells dialog box and by shortcut keys. For example Ctrl - Shift - 5 will put them into Percentage format and Ctrl - Shift - 4 will put them into Currency format.
Ctrl - P will open the Print dialog box.
The action assigned to shortcut keys can be different in different applications. In the case of Microsoft Excel, Ctrl+1 is a useful shortcut to the format dialog, where you can assign cell formats, borders, etc.
<Ctrl> + <s> will save <F12> will open the "Save as..." dialog

Hold down the Ctrl key as you click the cells you would like to select.
Pressing Ctrl and C together will copy the content of the selected cells. This can then be pasted elsewhere using Ctrl and V or using Shift and Insert or using the Paste option, from the Edit or shortcut menus, or clicking on the Paste icon.
Like in the main body of the document, you can use the alignment options in the formatting dialog box, the icons on the Home tab of the ribbon, or the shortcut keys Ctrl - E.
The Tab key can be used for this function in Microsoft Excel. There are many keyboard shortcuts that can replace using your mouse to click all over the screen. Exploring some of these shortcuts will save you time and energy while you make a spreadsheet.
