Decmber 21, 2012
supposedly (predicted by the Mayan calender) 21st of December 2012
No, as there no way to know for sure that the world is going to end, or when it is going to end, as it would be too dificult. Also this 'predicted end of the world date' is only from a movie, which isn't real.
Me
Russell never actually predicted the "end of the world" for any date. https://rlctr.blogspot.com/p/russell-and-end-of-world.html
A planned end date - is an predicted estimation of when something is to cease. An actual end date - is the confirmed end.
Several reasons. The Mayans predicted that this world would end December 21, 2012. This is when their calander ends. Nostradamas and Edgar Casey also predicted trouble on this date. This is why there is subdued anxiety about the date. We won't know for sure until December 21, 2012.
He had to go on vacation so he moved the date to october...
2010
Its predicted to be 2012 but we (americans) predict not.
They didn't exactly 'say' it will but their calenders stopped on a date in 2012 and seeing as they predicted a lot of what has happened in the world people believe they meant it will end then.
2012
