Watts may be better than Dragunity, since Watts can cause a lockdown and has effects that leave the opponent with almost no option.
i used to run with dragunitys and they are very simple, you see you will have to get as many dragunitys on the field and use their affects to bring out even stronger dragunity monsterys WITHOUT having to tribute, ie: say you draw dragunity arma leyvatin, since he is a lv.7 monster you will need 2 tributes to summon him, BUT if you have another weaker dragunity monster on the field you can just remove from play 1 dragunity monster on your side of the field to summon him...
The Trap Dragon Capture Jar keeps all face-up Dragon-types in Defense mode. The Spell Dimensional Fissure removes all monsters sent to the Graveyard from play. Since most Dragunity effects require at least 1 Dragunity in the Graveyard, those effects would be rendered useless.
I don't know why you're doing this for Mystletainn but, Mystletainn's effect is first, Leyvaten is sent to graveyard, then, since Aklys is a equip card, it's effect is not activated and sent to the graveyard since it is no longer equipped, and you special summon Mystletainn. I run Dragunitys almost religiously so. :D
It depends on the deck you want to play. There are alot of 'fun' but competitive decks out there that you can play with. Some decks are now, competitive for the tournaments, but some deck have cards that costs over $50 for one. Some Top Tiers (meaning the types of decks that dominate now in tournaments), are X-Sabers, Infernities, Gladiator Beast, and Frog decks. If you are not an experienced player, I do not recommend you to play the top tier decks since alot of thinking and strategy are required to play properly. Frogs, Infernities are the types of decks that are somewhat expensive (1 cards in Infernity deck cost $80 each), and require the greatest of minds to play or else you'll lose. There are other tier decks that could be used in tournaments and are beginner friendly. For Example, Machina Gadget, that is straight forward, but is a good deck and competitive to play with and somewhat cheap. Good luck with your tournament if you want to play one, and have fun with Yu-Gi-Oh!
No, only monsters who specifically say they do, gain such a bonus. Relinquished for example, is one. It gains a bonus depending on what it has equipped, as does Destiny Hero Plasma. Dragunity monsters do not, unless one does actually say so.
the dragunity deck is a structure deck
Element decks in my personal opinion have more pop than zero decks, but zeros last longer. I prefer element. Element decks in my personal opinion have more pop than zero decks, but zeros last longer. I prefer element.

If you have Dragunity Aklys equipped to Evocator Chevalier, and you send Dragunity Aklys to the graveyard to activate Evocator Chevalier's effect, then Dragunity Aklys' own effect will trigger, it will wait for the chain Evocator Chevalier's effect started to resolve, and start a new one afterwards.
Yes, they do in fact, and some say they have a better feel than an ordinary tech deck
Black label Tech Decks are better, but all tech decks are still about the same.
Deathwish skateboard decks are among the better brands of decks available today.
There were only 32 zero tech decks made before they were recalled in 1996
